I hate that word “go & verify”, vote Tinubu not Obi – Umahi tells SE leaders
He is insulting them. Why are you insulting them? If you want the votes for Peter Obi to be in South East then he should stop canvassing for votes in other regions This is very important and I heard the Governor of Anambra State speaking the other time and he said let us count the benefits we have gotten from our leaders. Let people come and tell us what they have done for the people of the South East, let us put sentiments aside, you want to contest for President, what have you done for us?
I don’t kike this word “Go and Verify”. You tell somebody to verify what’s not in existence, but when you have a watch you can’t go and tell anybody to go and verify. So, I will continue to tell the Igbos not to vote for Peter Obi but to vote for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu because it’s the right decision to make. We are asking the builders of our people to speak boldly and educate our people why they should for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu because no President has done for the people of the South East what he has sone for us.
You have to understand where we are staring from. When we were crying of marginalisation, you are of check the elements of marginalisation whether by appointments, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has not broken that jinx, whether by infrastructure, whether President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has not broken that jinx and whether by inclusion of our people.
What any other region is getting, the South East is also getting it.So, its veey important for us to know that somebody from the South East may not be able to do for us what President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is doing.
